My family is new to 5 Star Auto. After being bounced around from repair shops to transmission shops with well-meaning but ultimately unhelpful people we landed at 5 Star. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my mom's old Lincoln. Had it fixed and back home at a very reasonable price. Super nice people too. Fadi patiently explaining things to me. And mechanic Jeff was nice too! 5 Star is now our go-to place for car services.

First time customer at 5 Star and they truly do deserve 5 ⭐️’s. Professional, kind, thorough, and above and beyond. Had an oil change and beat the price of Jiffy Lube with the comfort of highly trained professionals working on your vehicle. Brakes replaced and they are like new! Pick and drop off were a breeze. Their shop is immaculately kept with a great mural and Peninsula vibes. Thank you 5 ⭐️, won’t go anywhere else from now on!

Hands down have always the best, most honest car of our car here at 5 Star Auto. The team here takes their time to car for the car & customers. They are transparent with mechanical issues regarding the vehicle, being honest with their recommendations & prioritizing safety. They keep you up to date by text or phone call. Pricing is always incredibly fair, we never feel shocked like we did taking our car to the dealership for services. Our only regret was that we wish we had found 5 Star Auto years ago! Fadi is wonderful to work with & we value his experience & honesty. He has kept our family safe by keeping our car in the best shape. We are so grateful to the service work done at 5 Star Auto. Hands down we recommend to all friends & family.

Great service!!

Had a tire blowout on N-bound 101. Tow took me to 5-Star. The service was quick, and low cost. Staff was friendly. Was back on the road in less than 45 minutes. Thanks, 5 Star!
