On time appointments. Service was completed as scheduled. However, my last service was in fall of 2020 with a ride to my home in Foster City, this time they had no one Available to drop me off. Understandable with the Covid issues of past months. I would use them again.

Found your business via Yelp with high ratings along with it being reported as AAA approved. Twice I have been here. First time to get a smog test. It was not only almost half the price of what I have previously paid for a smog test and I didn’t have to leave my car all day. Second time I came in was for a recent 135k service for my 16 year old Toyota Camry SE. They had to replace some tire sensors in addition to the tuneup but when I asked about my brakes, they said they were fine. Toyota dealership said at the 130k service that I needed to replace the calipers, rotors, and all that were involved with my Camry’s brakes. I was quoted a minimum cost of $1800!! Usually they replace calipers and rotors when the brakes haven’t been maintained. I have meticulously had my car serviced so that seemed odd to me. Maintenance employees at Toyota say my Camry is in great shape for it’s age. 5 Star Auto saved me a bundle! Thank you!

Got my car towed from my workplace to this shop due to car not starting. AAA jump started the car thrice but still not turning on. This shop is amazing. They figured out what went wrong and advised me of how much would the cost be before starting the job. They are very transparent and very skillful on fixing any cars. I’m driving a Mercedes C300 and accdg to the dealership, they are the only place that can fix my car’s problem. I guess they’re wrong 😂

If you have a lifted anything with aftermarket parts, bring it to these guys. In the 15 years I've owned my 4runner I've brought it to 3 different alignment shops (Les Schwab, Wheel Works & Firestone) none of which could get alignment within spec or even close. They cost a bit more but got the job done. I will only be bringing my cars to them from now on
