Excellent customer service and repair . Im a late planner and either make appointments too late if not at all but they always accommodate me and I get my car back within a couple of days .

I arrived with my broke-down truck which Ford in Burlingame would not touch with a 7.3 liter Power Stroke diesel, and Fadi and diesel expert Jeff had it correctly analyzed before AAA unloaded it off the flatbed. Their popularity had vehicles lined up, and I prayed they would get to it within a week. To my stunned happiness, my prayers were answered. Jeff found a cam sensor on a rack and installed it. Fadi phoned that afternoon and said the truck was ready to go. It started right up and I then drove 300+ miles to get home safely. 5 Star came recommended from AAA, and for an out-of-Townes with a broke/down rig along 101, I am forever grateful for Fadi, Jeff and Ned taking me under their wings.
