I was worried about driving my car due to some issues I was experiencing. However, the team at this shop was incredibly considerate and made sure I felt comfortable getting back on the road (they did even test drive without me asking!). The desk person was extremely friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. They were also very quick, handling everything efficiently and professionally. I'm so grateful for their excellent service and attention to detail. Highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of car maintenance!

I have been a customer at 5 Star for years. They are honest and go the extra mile to make high quality repairs for a fair price. They recently installed new tires that i ordered from Tirerack. One wheel lug was frozen, and they had to partner with a master welder to remove it. Only charged me their cost, despite a couple days of lost productivity! I highly recommend Ned and the team at 5 Star!

5-Star is awesome - great service and communications; very flexible and professional for work on my BMW. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for with a solid shop like this.
