I have been a customer at 5 Star for years. They are honest and go the extra mile to make high quality repairs for a fair price. They recently installed new tires that i ordered from Tirerack. One wheel lug was frozen, and they had to partner with a master welder to remove it. Only charged me their cost, despite a couple days of lost productivity! I highly recommend Ned and the team at 5 Star!

5-Star is awesome - great service and communications; very flexible and professional for work on my BMW. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for with a solid shop like this.

This place is great! It’s a car shop with a personality. Loved my experience here 👍 Ned got me right in for an alignment and helped me understand some of the issues our car is facing. Super helpful and straightforward. I will go back soon for an alignment on another car. Definitely recommend.
