I had a great experience from the guys from front desk to shop to delivery. The work was performed to service a very old and sentimental car and they just downright did a great job, very detail oriented as if it was their own car. I left the shop feeling like I paid a very fair and reasonable cost for repair and parts and experienced great communication as to what was needed and beyond. Will be coming back for future services. thanks to Ned, Fadi, and Dan....good people, great work...I highly recommend.

I drive a wonderful older Toyota that just won’t die - at 21 years old, she’s been a dependable and easy to maintain vehicle - but nothing lasts forever. Over the last couple years she’s picked up a few noises and a collection of minor performance issues. Since I’m about to do a lot of driving over the next month or so, and it’s still mid pandemic, we decided to find a place that would pick up and return the car for us, and to have them do a thorough assessment and conduct any needed repairs. The initial quote was admittedly a little jarring since I wasn’t anticipating any major repairs but 5 Star provided an incredible itemized list. Small annoyances that I’ve just accepted as parts of an aging vehicle or the result of past mishaps. Normal wear and tear that has resulted in persistent alignment problems. Typical service items that were coming due. They picked up on *everything*. We gave them the go ahead - and it was a week-long process because several things that needed to be replaced were special dealer parts, and there was just a LOT of it. We got the car back and she purred like a kitten. There was one small missed detail - a second passing emissions test after the first one had a high NO reading at 15MPH requiring repair. They came back the same day to pick up the car, do additional tests and minor repairs and return it later that day at no charge. Absolutely SUPERB service - deserving of both their name and a five star review.
