Josh at 5 Star was fantastic. I had a BIG estimate from a dealership for work I wasn't totally convinced was necessary or competitive. 5 Star had the car at 9am, quoted me for the work that they felt needed to be done, and had me back in my car by 4pm. It was less expensive, faster, and more transparent than the dealership.

I was thoroughly pleased with Ned's customer service, it is unparalleled to other repair shops. For the job that was done, I felt the price was pretty reasonable. Came in for smog & OIL & filter. Did all and bad rear brakes. Nice guys did good job even came out of office to try to set wife,s clock in 99 VW. Who does that? Good Guys.
