Josh at 5 Star was fantastic. I had a BIG estimate from a dealership for work I wasn't totally convinced was necessary or competitive. 5 Star had the car at 9am, quoted me for the work that they felt needed to be done, and had me back in my car by 4pm. It was less expensive, faster, and more transparent than the dealership.

I was referred to this shop my a colleague of mine and it is down the street from my office so I thought I would give it a shot. I was thoroughly pleased with Ned's customer service, it is unparalleled to other repair shops. For the job that was done, I felt the price was pretty reasonable. I would recommend this place and Ned. I would definitely be going back to 5-star for future auto repair needs
